Starting with a thorough history of your symptoms and your general health, this will be followed by a physical examination. There will be time for an explanation, treatment and a Home Exercise Programme to get started on, empowering you to get better in between sessions.

A follow up appointment to improve your symptoms and future-proof your body, based on your initial assessment. A variety of treatments used, including education, exercise therapy, manual therapy, Pilates, and breath work.

Physiotherapy Home Visit

Great for helping to manage niggly muscular problems, with a focus on moving from the core, and breathing well. Ideal for if your thinking of joining a class but you're worried about technique.1 to 1 Pilates will ensure you get more from a class setting.
